Order confirmation Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized the payment. Once we have received your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately. Once this is confirmed, we will process the payment and prepare the order for shipping.

Once an order is processed, you will receive an update on the order status and shipping information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We offer free shipping on all products within the Netherlands.

Order Acceptance & Prices

In some cases, an order cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. We may request additional verification, such as a phone number or address, before accepting the order.

In order to prevent fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to validate your payment details before processing the order. This may include an identity, residence or bank details check. If we suspect that a payment is fraudulent, we may cancel the order immediately.

We strive to display the most accurate pricing information on our website. However, errors can occur, including incorrect pricing. In that case, we reserve the right to cancel an order or contact you for further instructions. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed immediately after placement.

Processing, Shipping and Order Cut-off Time (Netherlands)

  • Delivery time: 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+1) in Amsterdam, Netherlands will be shipped the same day.

What happens after I place an order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and proof of payment. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Personalized products have a longer processing time.

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation after some time, please send an email to info@casebump.nl with the subject "Order confirmation not received" . Our team will then help you further.

For personalized items, we will contact you separately to confirm the correct specifications. These products will only be processed and shipped after we have received the necessary information.

Processing and shipping

We do our utmost to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery time is on average 2-4 business days. However, this can vary depending on the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number that we will send you by email. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 working days, please contact us at info@casebump.nl and we will help you further.
